Premise Granules are a great product for spot treatment and as a perimeter application around your home or business. Because
Premise Granules are a non-repellent you can use it with other termiticide treatments already done around your home.
Premise Granules will create a kill zone around your home or business, where termites unknowingly eat treated cellulose and/or tunnel in the treated soil. Once the termites are exposed to the Premise active ingredient
Imidacloprid, they will seem to be unaffected for several days before they suddenly just die. During the time the termites seem to be unaffected, they are spreading the
Imidacloprid by physical contact, whey feed each other, and groom each other, resulting in a domino death benefit for the homeowner. This domino effect wipes out the most or the entire colony.
Premise Granules are not designed to be a standalone termite treatment. They are formulated to kill and control the termites at the time of application, and will not give long lasting termite control.
For a much better, and longer lasting control we recommend the use of
Termidor SC (1st choice) and
Premise 2 (2nd choice).
